WhatsApp now brings Instagram Boomerang-style video feature
WhatsApp is about to add new Boomerang-style feature which allows to record and send life moments in video or Gif format.
Socially viral app namely Boomerang is a fun app that allows you to record life moments. The recorded moments are looped back and forth adding more fun to it. People who have used it and love sharing their life moments are already happy with similar feature addition in WhatsApp too.
Boomerang, Instagram, and WhatsApp are owned by Facebook company. Instagram already support Boomerang quick videos, but now Facebook planned to add similar feature to WhatsApp as well.
WhatsApp hasn’t announced yet when Boomerang-style feature will be made available to all users. The expected location of this feature would be in WhatsApp existing video panel. Users will be able to swipe through the screen to switch between selfie and back camera. People will be allowed to record a Boomerang-style video to send to their love ones in either video or Gif format.
